Be the better you

This is a great reminder for me that all the self work I’m doing now will benefit me in the long run. It’s hard and consuming, but I need to stick with this and follow through! People always say “grass is not greener on the other side”. It’s true, there are always going to be situations that annoys you no matter where you go.


The best thing you can do is to work on yourself, better yourself. Learn how to deal with the difficult situation and people. Learn how to be less reactive. Notice, listen, respond, don’t react!


Meditation has been a great tool for me this past month. I’m coming up to a month mark on my morning ritual. It’s been so helpful so far! I’ve noticed more of my emotions, reactions and thoughts. Morning became my favorite time of the day. To my surprise, I now always look forward to wake up and spending time with myself.
