Starz is a leading global media and entertainment company. Starz was acquired by Lionsgate when we started the project. They challenged the team to design a space that would speak to Starz brand also give a nod to their new parent company, Lionsgate.

The lobby had to be grand yet comfortable, to greet and accommodate the various guests and talent that visit their office daily, while appropriately sophisticated to entertain in. The other public and shared areas, such as the large café pantry on the first floor, the board room on the executive floor, and the secondary pantries and collaboration zones serve as office floor feature areas, while the open workspace and private offices are clean, minimal and functional.

As supporting designer, my role was to assist the lead designer in design development throughout the SD / DD / CD phases of the project. Duties involved presentation layout, 3d visualization, FFE selection and construction documentation.
